Tooro[edit]
Etymology[edit]
From capitalization of Tooro agutamba (“he who cures (tribulation)”), from a- (“he/she”, class 1 subject concord) + -gu- (class 3 object concord) + -tamba (“to cure, to heal”). -gu- is the direct object concord for omuhito (“tribulation, weariness”).
