    Hello.
Where can I get information, background on their procedures, and the names and how to contact GRS surgeons in England and on the continent, specifically Belgium.

While medical association recommends gender affirmation surgery (and by that I mean things like top surgery or shit live tracheal shave) to be open to 16+, and very very rarely it is done on 16+ if the person is considered at high risk of suicide and if the surgery would alleviate that, no GRS surgeries are done on teen, even less kids.
