Etymology[edit]

According to the logic of Turkic per-y, Mongolic per-j, Tungusic per-ń, compared to Proto-Mongolic *jul- (to pick, pluck; to lose hair, be plucked) and Proto-Tungusic *ńul- (to exuviate, fade). (Can this(+) etymology be sourced?) See also Proto-Turkic *yạŕ-.

Verb[edit]
