Adding colloquial pronunciation

[edit]

I added the colloquial pronunciation 들, but this was reverted. I thought it would be useful to add 들 since it's so common. Is there a reason to leave out this colloquial variant? Localdenizen (talk) 22:09, 9 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

@Localdenizen: I think I know what you mean now: 들 is a slang pronunciation of 덜. Readded, thanks. Wyang (talk) 22:25, 9 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
@Wyang: Thanks. I would recommend labelling it a colloquialism instead of slang, though, since when the two terms are used distinctly, slang specifically refers to usage particular to certain groups, while colloquialisms encompass slang as well as informal usages that are mostly common to all groups in a linguistic community.
