Yes, it is pronounced /ˈluːəvəl/, /ˈlʌvəl/, or /ˈluːiːvɪl/. Most people who are not from there say /ˈluːiːvɪl/. Only the natives of the city say /ˈluːəvəl/ or /ˈlʌvəl/. —Stephen (Talk) 16:27, 10 May 2016 (UTC)Reply
