Definitions 2 and/or 3 seem too similar to "irrational" to be correct.

Arational should mean outside the bounds of reason. Something that is arational could incidentally be either rational or irrational, upon evaluation by a rational system; however, to term something arational is to say that it is not addressed by a rational system.
