Missing sense, relating to billboards or bill-posting?

There used to be an "International Alliance of Bill Posters, Billers and Distributors". This suggests that a biller has something to do with billboards or bill-posting, but isn't the same as a bill poster (or else why would both terms appear together)? Equinox ◑ 21:18, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
