Not poker-specific[edit]

Could be any game played for cash. Once you get a few trivia questions right on the Deal or No Deal machine (found in all good pubs), you get to play the "cash game" to win actual money. Equinox 18:23, 28 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

You're probably right. I've read 5+ poker books; in poker, there's a major distinction between "cash games" and "tournaments", but then again, I wouldn't want to add a poker-specific sense in the entry tournament.
