Rfv-sense "A type of food that is quickly made, but of low nutritional value; junk food". See discussion at the Tea Room. Ultimateria (talk) 17:14, 1 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Try the fourfive cites now under that definition. DCDuring (talk) 21:56, 1 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
These cites seem to just be cites of the regular sense(Food that is served quickly, often standardized and pre-prepared) that call fast food unhealthy. Old Man Consequences (talk) 23:03, 1 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
I think this definition is trying to get at a distinction that the first definition does not capture. Institutional food, airplane food, or cafeteria food is also served quickly, but is not usually considered "fast food", nor is the food prepared by a short-order cook. It is not exactly that the food is unhealthy, although it often is, more that it is food sold by a fast-food restaurant, food truck, or street vendor.Kiwima (talk) 00:05, 2 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
The point is that some who use the word fast food clearly intend it to be considered junk food. The citations illustrate that they make no distinction, often apparently for political/ideological reasons. DCDuring (talk) 02:33, 2 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
