[edit]@J3133: Are either "granddaddy" alone or the comparative form "granddaddier" attested in adjectival use? As far as I can tell, all of the adjective citations are for the superlative "granddaddiest", and I was unable to find the other two putative forms on Google Books (but didn't look very hard). 70.172.194.25 06:16, 24 December 2022 (UTC)
- I do not know whether granddaddy alone is used as an adjective. As granddaddier has zero Google results, I added a note next to
{{rfdef}}: <!--Should it be at “granddaddiest” instead?-->. @Kiwima added the definition and removed the note.
