Quotations[edit]

According to Wikipedia, Lord Lytton was English. He would have been unlikely to use this, the United States English spelling, despite what Webster 1913 says. This publication of the work apparently being quoted uses the Commonwealth English spelling neighbourhood. If it is correct, this quotation properly belongs in neighbourhood, rather than in neighborhood. Uncle G 00:25, 16 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
