Borrowed from Bulgarian до́йка (dójka, wetnurse), from дой (doj, nurishment, milking) +‎ -ка (-ka), from Proto-Slavic *dojiti (to give milk). Compare also Serbo-Croatian dojka and Slovak dojka.
