Roughly, "If there's room in the heart, there's room for the butt," or, "If there's heart-room, there's butt-room," with an ad-hoc compound stjärterum (stjärtrum would be expected) to match hjärterum. Compare Danish hvor der er hjerterum, er der husrum.
