si- (modal) + -∅- (3rd person subject prefix) + -∅- (classifier) + -ką́ (neuter perfective stem of root -KĄ́, “to handle matter in an open container”).

- it lies somewhere, is located somewhere (matter in open containers as glasses of water, dishes of food)

This verb is semantically limited to expression in the third person and refers to a single item. For multiple items, use the verb naazką́.
This is a neuter verb. As such, it has only the perfective stem.
