misspelling or typo?

[edit]

Ido defines acuta to mean “keep”.  I believe that this likely a typo of the word, “keen”.  I find no sense of the English word, “keep” that can mean “sharp”, “acrid”, nor “acute”.  But “keen” may qualify.  Hello?
