It's easy to find hits for dance on the end of a rope, dance on the end of a hangman's noose and dance the hempen jig but these aren't quite the same as the contested entry, of course. I've created senses at dance to cover this. The closest I can find to what we want is dance on a hangman's rope[1], there's also dance upon a hangman's rope and dance from a hangman's rope. --Overlordnat1 (talk) 04:01, 30 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
