Part of speech[edit]

Judging from the Google Books hits, the POS of this term (or at least its primary POS) is prepositional phrase, despite en not being a native English preposition: “you can't beat cooking fish in individual packages, or en papillote”, “Food cooked en papillote”, “Cooking en papillote is a very traditional French technique”, “pompano en papillote honored (without in this case naming him) a famous balloonist”, “So you get your trout en papillote”, “Some daring was required to take the first bite of a red snapper en papillote that had a discouraging gray-green topping.” — Ungoliant (falai) 13:09, 8 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
