I suggest changing the wording of first definition from "Being between the age of 60 and 69, inclusive" to "Being 60 to 69 years old." So as to be concise and avoid the ambiguity of being between ages.

As an aside, what's the deal with the usage of the word inclusive? I get what it's trying to do, but I've never seen it used like that as just a one word addendum (let alone being the only word after a comma). It seems grammatically strange. 142.161.57.230 17:33, 28 August 2015 (UTC)

The comma-inclusive doesn't read as unusual to me, personally. Seems to be a common format: [1], although the comma is not always used. 70.172.194.25 03:27, 31 January 2022 (UTC)
