Brandt-Daroff exercise (plural Brandt-Daroff exercises)

  1. Any of a set of physical exercises used to treat benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, similar to the Semont maneuver, but with the head being rotated toward the affected side as the patient rolls onto the unaffected side.
