Sino-Vietnamese word from 富浪沙, from French France. Attested in the treaty of Saigon, 1862:

富浪沙皇帝衣坡儒皇帝大南皇帝調和 [Vietnamese Literary Sinitic, trad.]
The Emperor of France, Emperor of Spain, and Emperor of Đại Nam hereby urgently express their wish to conciliate the dispute and achieve longlasting peace.
