Voiced h₃[edit]

The letter "h" is marked as voiced in "bʰlh̥₃-oto-". I believe it must be a mistake and that it is "l" which should be marked as voiced, but I also know laryngeals are subject to a similar effect. So, is this truly a mistake or was "h₃" deliberately marked as voiced? --189.219.172.13 06:36, 18 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
