@Getsnoopy, modern Telugu doesnt even have the letter ఱ, the source which you used even has it as "మారు". AleksiB 1945 (talk) 10:57, 15 October 2023 (UTC)

That is...not true at all. Everyone learns the letter in school, and usage of it basically differs with style guides. The foreword of the source states the same: that though its usage had diminished, it was brought back and its usage now basically depends on the source one is looking at, but that the dictionary was going to choose to not use it.
