- @Justinrleung, Tooironic Xiandai Hanyu Cidian has only two senses 严密谨慎 and 严密细致, and under 严密细致 are the examples "格律严谨" (i.e. the "strict; rigorous" sense) and "文章结构严谨" (i.e. the "compact; well-knit; tight" sense). I guess we can subsume the current sense 3 ("compact; well-knit; tight") sense under sense 1 ("rigorous; strict")? RcAlex36 (talk) 08:22, 20 June 2021 (UTC)
