Romantic in linguistics?

In 2015 it was added that Romantic is synonym of Romance in linguistics. No source given.

Is this true? I've checked several dictionaries and none agrees. Is this a joke?

Have you done it? Only really ancient results in the field of linguistics. The other ones have nothint to do with linguistics. Are people who mix up romance and romantic. --77.75.179.1 09:04, 6 September 2021 (UTC)
