Second etymology = Paki. While principally possible as in ooting for shooting or uck for suck I find no use or mention for this. Looks like a misunderstanding. IPs from England continue to profess to know it not likewise and remove it. Fay Freak (talk) 22:37, 27 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

I found nothing just, after conducting several Google advanced searches for various possible politically incorrect phrases using the word 'akhi' or 'akhis', to support the second meaning. Nothing relevant on GoogleBooks either. I did find this article[1] which claims that many British Asians have used the 'P-word' (Paki) in an attempt to reclaim it but have been criticised by other British Asians who say 'akhi' instead and encourage the rest of their community to do the same on the grounds that the two words 'basically sound the same'. --Overlordnat1 (talk) 00:14, 28 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
As a Brit: never heard it myself. But I don't exactly move in MLE circles. Equinox 00:46, 28 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
