@PseudoSkull: I think must is fine now. I got confused with answer key until I looked in Google for usage examples ("does it have to be a sheet of paper?" → yes, because I was thinking of something else). —Suzukaze-c (talk) 10:35, 3 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Sure, I could see where the line of thinking was though. must usually implies to me obligation, and while technically in many cases someone could potentially walk out of the testing room and refuse to take the test at all (thereby probably dropping out of that class), after some thought I think must is still a good choice of words. You are obliged to use the answer sheet in order to complete the test, so any potentiality of not completing the test, as I was considering before, is not implicated in the word must as used here.
