This word is not a word. The 's' doesen't add anything to the 'anyway'. — This unsigned comment was added by 71.10.1.61 (talk).

I've always considered the word an American colloquialism (although increasingly I'm hearing non-Americans using it in New Zealand, where I live), and I've also always hated it! However, it is a word that people use. I think it good that the definition says the word is informal and discourages using it in formal contexts.
