- google:"cheese and rice how" has 16 hits, all apparently in this sense; google:"holy cheese and rice" gets 27, nearly all apparently in this sense. For that matter, google groups:"holy cheese and rice" gets a few, maybe enough to meet CFI. This hit suggests to me a possible origin. —RuakhTALK 16:24, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
