I can find no attestations of enridge as a verb, or the forms enridges or enridging. This entry should be replaced by an entry enridged (adjective) with the sense of “having ridges, furrowed”. Note that the unabridged OED only gives "enridged" but no verb *"enridge". In any case, the current definition, "to make into ridges" does not correspond to any attested instances of the word. I also found no good citations of the lemma enridge at Google Books, just dictionary entries, scannos, and proper names. Enridged is nearly a perfect synonym of ridged#Adjective. DCDuring (talk) 19:01, 23 April 2018 (UTC)

Yes, it is difficult to find good cites what with all those Breckenridges and Brackenridges, but this is now cited Kiwima (talk) 22:51, 23 April 2018 (UTC)

Good finds, as always. The 2005 seems like it might be an erroneous spelling of enrich?, itself not a good choice of words. But does the thesis have uses of ridge consistent with the purported enridge? DCDuring (talk) 04:18, 24 April 2018 (UTC)
