This informal phrase seems to be in use to describe places that have been set up to provide goods to victims of the 2023 Hawaii wildfires. However, it's not new to this situation, as there is an academic paper from 2020 that mentions the phrase. For now, it seems too rare for us to include. Equinox 06:13, 18 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
