- I think this is a clear keep. '[D]efined as 10 millilitres of pure alcohol'. Which part of [[unit]] and [[alcohol]] tells you that? Quite commonly referred to as just as unit, but only when the context allows it. Renard Migrant (talk) 11:48, 2 November 2016 (UTC)

- Keep. This is reminiscent of carbohydrate unit which is 15 g of carbohydrate in the U.S., and its German counterpart Broteinheit which is 10–12 g of carbohydrate. These units are used in the management of diabetes; it's supposed to be easier to keep track of how many carb units various foods have than how many grams of carbohydrate they have. —Aɴɢʀ (talk) 22:53, 2 November 2016 (UTC)
