- Computed tomography (CT) showed pulmonary nodules with regular margins and lobulated contours scattered throughout both lungs, the largest measuring 14 × 12 mm in size located in the laterobasal segment of the lower lobe, which suggested metastatic lung disease ( Figure 1 ).
