From Norwegian Nynorsk er klokka mange? (or a similar phrase, such as dialectal e ho mang ho klokka?). The determiner mangeli contains particle li derived from Russian ли (li). Alternatively, a calque of Russian сколько времени? (skolʹko vremeni?)).
