Aromanian[edit]

Alternative forms[edit]

Etymology[edit]

Probably from ndreptu/ãndreptu. Other theories have included a Vulgar Latin root *direct(it)ātem, from Latin directus, though this is unlikely. Compare Romanian dreptate.

Noun[edit]

ndriptati f (plural ndriptãts)

  1. justice, fairness, righteousness
  2. correctness, rightness
  3. truth
