Etymology

Borrowed from Arabic غَيْب (ḡayb, that which is hidden) or غَائِب (ḡāʔib, hidden) because the chewing-packages are kept in a box called kijaluba (from عُلْبَة (ʕulba)), if not in a basket kijamanda, while the ingredients are kept in a box called ufuraha.
