    • 14th century, Madhav Kandali, Saptakanda Ramayana Lanka Kanda:
      ছয় সহস্ৰ বেওঁ উগ্ৰত কলেৱৰ ।
      সহস্ৰ ধনুৰ মান পথালি ডাঙ্গৰ
      choyo sohosro beö̐ ugroto koleworo ,
      sohosro dhonuro mano pothali ḍaṅgoro .
      His body was six thousand arms long,
      It was as wide as (lit, as big in width as) a thousand bows.
