Etymology[edit]
Inherited from Sanskrit তেন্তুলী (tentulī), তিন্তিডী (tintiḍī), চিন্তিডী (cintiḍī), ultimately from a non-Aryan substrate.[1] Doublet of তিন্তিড়ী (tintiṛi) and চিন্তিড়ী (cintiṛi).
