KOTUS type 44 (kevät) NSK type 74 (kevät)

A very small number of nominals ending with -ät; those words do not have consonant gradation.

These words decline like vieras, differing only in that the nominative and partitive singular end with -t instead of -s.

The final -t of the nominative and partitive singular is replaced by -ä- in the inflectional stem. Partitive ending -tä and genitive plural ending -iden/itten.
