Appendix talk:Latin prefixes

This looks like a copy of the English prefixes page. Latin prefixes should list prefixes used in Latin, not English prefixes with Latin origins, and certainly not English prefixes with arbitrary origins.

In fact, this looks like it is "under construction". It would be better to introduce genuine Latin prefixes gradually rather than to start with lots of material that does not belong here and gradually correct it.
