Why does this category exist, when there is another category, Category:Numbers, in which subcats are variously named "numerals" or "numbers"? Can we standardize this?

We've tried, but editors disagree too strongly about the terminology. We've never even approached a consensus, and any attempt to create standardization raises vocal opposition from one group or another. --EncycloPetey 20:18, 3 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
