"A norange'?[edit]

This category page says that "a norange" evolved into "an orange". According to the etymology at w:orange (word) (and now the entry orange, into which I've copied that etymology), the initial "n" dropped before the word appeared in English. Is that right? Rodasmith 21:44, 23 January 2006 (UTC)
