Håkkå

  1. (folklore) An islet on the coast of Trøndelag, Norway, nearby the Tarva islands. The islet was very swampy and had no vegetation other than heather. The islet sunk into the ocean around 1890-s. Local fishers used to throw fish on this islet in order to get good luck in fishing.
