Proper noun[edit]
- London (the capital city of the United Kingdom; capital city of England)
Usage notes[edit]
- This is currently the only non-Asian city that has a commonly used Sino-Vietnamese name. Although La Mã is used in the contexts of the "Roman Empire" and such, the city of Rome itself is rarely, if ever, called La Mã anymore.
