     Tôi có duyên với Ngài từ nhỏ. Mẹ tôi kể lúc sinh tôi, mẹ tôi đã niệm danh hiệu Bồ tát Quán Thế Âm rất nhiều, và trong lúc lâm bồn, trong lúc đớn đau, mẹ tôi đã nhìn thấy vầng khói trắng với hình bóng ngài chở che, yên ủi. Tôi đã được sinh ra như thế.

     I already had a connection with Her when I was young. As my mother told me, when she was giving birth to me, she invoked the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara many times over, and amidst the pain of labor, she saw a wisp of white smoke in Her form that came over and comforted her. That was how I was born.
