@Leasnam -- I see you created this lemma way back, but there is also *asnijaz which lists many of the forms also listed here. I can't speak for the others but the Gothic form certainly matches the latter reconstruction better. Should some of the forms here be removed? It looks as if *asnijaz may be a later derivative of *asunz or *asniz, from the oblique forms. Which do you feel are directly descended from *asnijaz in addition to Gothic ? I would imagine Old English and Old Frisian, but perhaps not Old High German and Old Saxon ? Leasnam (talk) 14:44, 9 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
