How common is this word?[edit]
I am rather sceptical about this word. It's found in a couple of dictionaries (including online монгол толь), but with the meaning "a kind of зоог". Mongol bichig ᠵᠣᠭᠣᠭᠣᠢ yields no results on the Internet. It is not listed in Inner Mongolian dictionaries. Cyrillic зоогой is found in Google searches, although often as a place name in Mongolia. One site mentions it as a neologism proposed to replace ресторан. My Mongolian wife is unfamiliar with it. The only real source I could find was the 新蒙汉词典, which translates it as meaning "restaurant". In the sense "restaurant", зоогой is found in various international (not Mongolian) web sites or word lists, but the source for all of them seems to be this Wiktionary entry.
If it were not for 新蒙汉词典, I would be tempted to delete this word from Wiktionary.
