Pronunciation[edit]

Isn't it pronounced "gian"? 24.29.228.33 04:33, 3 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Never heard of it being pronounced that way. It’s only gìat as far as I know. —Stephen 05:15, 3 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

As in "Ramagian" (รามเกียรติ์) -- it's not pronounced "Ramagiat" as the final ร is pronounced as "n" and the ติ์ is silent. 24.29.228.33 05:19, 3 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

เกียรติ is pronounced เกียด (similar to เกียรติยศ, which is เกียด-ติ-ยด). รามเกียรติ์ is pronounced ราม-มะ-เกียน. —Stephen 08:23, 3 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
