What should be done about the declension of დედა. Usually it has 2 declensions depending on the meaning. If meaning is "My mom" then it does NOT truncate it's last vowel "დედას ოთახი" "My mother's room" and it does truncate when it's said as mother in general: "კარგი შვილი დედის გულის ვარდიაო" "It is said that a good child is mother's heart's rose" (god the translation is horrible). Also when meaning a monastery nun, I think it's more common for vocative to be დედაო (Compare მამა, მამავ, მამაო). Solarkoid (talk) 05:38, 20 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
