Etymology[edit]

I believe the Cham is like this: Western Cham ꨆꩌꨎꨯꩃ (kampong, village), but I don't have a Cham dictionary.

I already checked Cham Dictionary and it was not found. Not even close for the same meaning. Instead, someone updated to Old Khmer. IMO, Kampong Cham means the Cham port/town in Khmer but "kampong" might not be assumed as a Cham word. --Octahedron80 (talk) 05:41, 8 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
