ちかっぱい(chikappai)
Part of Hakata-ben. Hakata-ben. Used particularly often in the Chikuzen (West Fukuoka Prefecture) and Chikugo areas (South Fukuoka Prefecture), except for Kitakyushu .

Explanation:
Chikappai is believed to come from the standard Japanese chikara ippai which means full strength. There is nothing above or beyond something described as chikappai. Chikappai kawaī or chikappai kakkoii is the ultimate compliment to members of the opposite sex. Chikappai oishī should be reserved for describing only the most delicious of foods.
